Another week has gone by and most of it was good. I enjoyed my visit with my daughter and wish she could have stayed longer. We got in some good pool time and had a very relaxed 5 days.
However, three days ago I started having problems swallowing again. Thursday was bad and I had trouble even keeping liquids down yesterday. I am a bit better today and I can't understand what is going on. We called my doctor and he wants me to go to Charleston on Wednesday and have my esophagus stretched again. I thought I was done with that problem but I guess I'm not. I'm going to see how it goes tomorrow and if I can eat and drink without too much difficulty, I may cancel the procedure.
I haven't been doing much the last few days because I was feeling so bad. It has also been very hot here. I think it hit 103 yesterday and it will be in the high nineties for the next week or so. We could also use some rain. I have been watering my yard and flowers and I'm sure happy that I have an irrigation system that draws water from my lake. Otherwise, I would be paying a lot of money for water.

ReplyDeleteBernie, The pictures are great and all the flowers are wonderful. We do so enjoy our yard too and have a well to water it. We haven't had the luck of the rain yet, and it's been 2 wks. since a substantial amount of water here. Good luck with the Wed. procedure, and maybe this will be the one to do it!! Hopefully you are getting stronger with all that aerobic exercise! Bobbi
