Week Two - Wednesday

Thanks for the comments from Shelley & George, Ed Grace, Tana, Bobbi, Marie and Becky. Sounds like everyone is having more than their fair share of rain and cold temperatures. Becky, it sounds like you have had quite a week! I hope your tests come out negative and that you are feeling better..

It was also cold here today but the sun was shining. This is "over the hump" day for week two and I am looking forward to the weekend in Columbia. I think we are in for more rain but what else is new? My bulbs are coming up and they will be blooming soon. I can't wait. I do so love the spring flowers.

I had some instructions in Qi Gong today. It is much harder than it looks! The lady who gave me the lesson has cancer of the pancreas and she feels that this will help her (and me!) I plan to continue the lessons/practice but she thinks the best time to work out is at 6:00 AM! Good grief!!

Terry just came back from a yoga class. She said it was great and that she plans to do another class tomorrow. This is first time she has been able to take a session in Charleston and I'm glad she was able to find something close by.

Not much else is going on. I feel fine today and the treatments are going well. Terry has taken a few pictures and I'm going try to download some in my blog. Don't hold your breath---.

Bernie
