It is raining again in Charleston and cold. It isn't below freezing yet but is supposed to be later tonight.
I had a radiation treatment this morning and was still able to eat without too much trouble tonight. We had chicken pot pie (one of my favorites) and a lot of jello salads that went down easily. I do have some pain tonight but not too bad.
We have been watching the Olympics today and will watch more tonight. I thought the Chinese ice dancers were fantastic and am looking forward to seeing their long program.
Medicare is still saying that they will not pay for the chemo drug that I had two weeks ago and I'm not sure what is going to happen on Thursday when I am scheduled for another treatment. Apparently, my Eaton insurance will also not cover the drug since the insurance companies and Medlicare work together in cases like this and if one says no, the other follows suit. What a rip off!
I'm going to try to send a picture of the snow we had in Columbia. I hope I don't screw up this message but if I do, it is no great loss.
dad,
ReplyDeleteglad you figured out the pics. the snow is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! post more of those if you have them.
i really hope you get the insurance worked out and don't have to pay that out of pocket.
